Step 1: Select the Listing You're Interested In (Go to “Current Listings” page)
Click on the rental listing that you’re interested in (e.g., "One-Bedroom – Waterloo, NY").

Step 2: Complete the Rental Application
Scroll down to the listing details and locate the application link. Click the link and complete the application form fully and accurately.

Step 3: Submit Your Application
Once your application is complete, submit it using the submit button at the bottom of the application.

Step 4: Income Verification
Once your application is received, our team will reach out with further instructions to verify your income. This typically involves providing five of your most recent pay stubs or other proof of income.
