Step 1: Select the Listing You're Interested In (Go to “Current Listings” page)
Click on the rental listing that you’re interested in (e.g., "One-Bedroom – Waterloo, NY").

Step 2: Download the Rental Application
Scroll down to the listing details and locate the application download link. Download and complete the application form fully and accurately.

Step 3: Submit Your Application
Once your application is complete, submit it using one of the following methods:

• Drop Box: Upload it using the drop box link included in the listing you are applying for.

• Email: Send your completed application to the email address provided in the listing (e.g., jconley@upstateregionalpropertiesllc.com).

• Mail: Mail a physical copy of your completed application to the mailing address listed at the bottom of our website.

Step 4: Income Verification
Once your application is received, our team will reach out with further instructions to verify your income. This typically involves providing five of your most recent pay stubs or other proof of income.
